21.01.2022 Dan had a very busy weekend and pulled all our Italian garlic. The hail storm knocked quite a few of the stalks off, so unfortunately we wont have as many plaits as we did last year. I will put another post up when its ready for sale and where you can buy it! Have a great week!

19.01.2022 New and delicious! We were very greatful to be gifted some Nagami Kumquats from a family at Yarrahapinni. They have a deliciously sweet skin, and bitter internal flesh. Just yum! ... Our next market is URM returns November, and we should have some fresh garlic then too!

17.01.2022 Here is the hardworking man behind the garlic! Dan has been busy this week preparing the plaits of garlic that have now been delivered to Kombu Wholefoods in Bellingen. We are very proud to say Kombu has our garlic, jam and chutneys in stock!
17.01.2022 Zuchinnis are loving this weather! We are so lucky to have such an abundance growing...and attracting loads of bees!!! Our zucchinis are used to make our zuchinni chutney and bread and butter sweet zuchinni pickle.

These Carolina Reapers are by far the hottest chilli we have on the property, this sweet chilli is certainly for the lovers of heat.
07.01.2022 Busy afternoon here turning over a new row for our 'mato' seedlings. We use these to make our incredibly popular tomato chutney and tomato jams. Last season we were overwhelmed with new customers, this season we made sure we planted even more to keep up our stock for the year! Thank you everyone!
