01.01.2022 A year ago today, we sold this fantastic 2 bedroom apartment on Gerard Street in Cremorne. Our purchaser was a first home buyer and had some lovely words to say about his experience with Stewart & Alexis: "Stewart is a professional who takes even small things seriously Im not an experienced home buyer, Ive only inspected several properties and attended one auction and my first inspection was less than two weeks ago. However, I already signed the contract a couple of days ag...o and one of the reasons for such a quick decision wasnt the property itself but the attitude of the agents (Stewart & Alexis). I actually liked another property more and it was more convenient for me to pursue that property but I stopped considering it due to poor communication with the selling agent. Stewart was very friendly and open during my inspection of the property. He approached me first, answered all my questions and gave me some extra useful information.
