16.01.2022 Another day, another SNACK this is my lazy version of a crepe, tale a mountain bread, some nut butter, fruit and some honey, roll up, eat and enjoy I usually have something like this as a post workout snack if I’m going to have quite a long time until I eat my next meal, or if I’m hungry at night time if I have had a big training day. The mix of quality carbohydrates from the wrap and fruit helps to replenish energy, whilst the fat and protein from the nut butter helps with muscle repair and satiety. 07.01.2022 Daily reminder:when the going gets tough, the tough NEEDS to get going. This was taken after a 17km charity walk that we did in Afghanistan in 2016! Myself and these girls ran and walked when we needed rest until completing the distance, wearing all of our equipment But guess what? Stopping wouldn’t have made it any easier.
