23.01.2022 What is the truth with proof? If you are creating a new part or quality to yourself, a new skill set or even a new life - we don’t affirm it until we have proof. Often I see how we need proof before we jump in as well. But what proof are you using? The proof of permission by another human being ? The proof of how big your bank account is? How many friends turn up for you when you need them and not just to your birthday party? A certificate from an academy or a university? E...ven then these things still feel like we are an imposter until we receive a verbal recognition. We all have to pretend that we know before we actually believe. What if the proof is actually your belief in yourself? You know that feeling when you first learned to ride a bike? Or the feeling you had when you first left home ? Or even the proof of saying that you have had enough and don’t need to have someone else say it before you walk away from something that feels wrong. Your voice and it’s need to speak up with it’s own powerful proof. Your heart and it’s feelings are your proof and your truth. It’s ok to listen to just that and not just the inner critic that tells you you need more physical proof. You are the conductor of your own life. This new moon starting in November 15th is when we sit in our first circle acknowledging all that we want to come forth. ... The Scorpio new moon will stir all of our emotions in order to shift out of old patterns and bring forth what you want to manifest. Let me hold you with a dedicated FB group in which you will receive a meditation each week to complete at your own pace. 19.01.2022 You can’t be a good person if you aren’t good to yourself in return. This means Having fantastic boundaries and letting people know when they have crossed them. ... Trusting yourself that you have your own back. Know your limits and stop giving when you haven’t give to yourself - it’s called time out to get your inner bearings back. Listen to your wild women - she is protecting you from all the shadows and she lets you know with the emotion you keep trying to suppress Last of all, if you get through life without making any enemies - then that will have been a very boring and people pleasing life to live as well as not filling your soul contract. Speak up, say no to taking more on and yes to help and mostly don’t shrink yourself to fit in. Being your bad ass self is the best version of you being a good person that YOU respect - that is your Karma

An amazing coach will be - Someone who will support you in every move you make with no judgment. ... Willing to support you in between your sessions (that’s where a lot of the good work can also happen) One that will give you new ideas and information when you need a little push and suggestions with you ultimately making the choice of it feels right Will let you talk as little or as much as you want without their agenda getting in the way Willing to really see you for all your brilliance regardless of what is happening in your life and keeps reminding you of that. Really listen and let that beautiful flow of you come rushing back from them - like a mirror that they hold up to remind you of your own brilliance. Find a coach who inspires you. Because when that coach sees you truly for who you are- the shift happens. Being seen is the most beautiful thing to happen and also to witness. Honestly- there are no hard and fast rules except to be kind to yourself and remember that you are not just a mother and whatever profession you do. You are much more then that. ... Opening my heart to women who light me up and sharing our stories gives great depth and insight back into who I am. The power in giving myself space as a mother has honestly been the best thing I could do for me and my children. It’s not always perfect but I can lead from the heart instead of from overwhelm
14.01.2022 Have you ever felt live for yourself the way that your children love you? Unconditional love is having compassion for yourself regardless of what you have done or who you are. It is the true key to unlocking your own knowing and keeping you in a state of growth. When we have compassion, we surrender and when we surrender we release and grow. Nothing feels better then acknowledging yourself with unconditional love. That is the true purpose of your own soul medicine. 11.01.2022 I don’t always feel like this, far from it. I need to remind myself on a daily basis sometimes minute by minute and especially when we are coming into the hottest, most trying part of the year before we can rest. This is where I say, do the best you can and if it’s too much, then strip it back. That’s not easy when you are trying to balance very long days, a massive renovation where children are waking us up with a skip hop to our bed from theirs. School drop offs, kindy dr...op offs, lunches, dinners and a cold cup of coffee in between it all. Did I mention I hate washing? Like really hate it. Especially when it grows. How can little people need so many clothes? ! Sometimes it can feel like the day is the merry go round of dishes that I can circle all day long. The littlest of battles that I could see happening before they even have happened, like champion chess player working out all the moves of the players, I see the build up of one child taking their opportunity to express themselves fiercely for the most trivial and basic things But it’s the little moments, the ones I like to say I steal. Where I just stop myself in the monotony and let one of my three beautiful children take me away from it all. They stop me in my tracks. They pull me from the rush I feel to get everything done. Make me smile for a minute, make me laugh out loud with how proud I am, make me listen to their pain and face my own; that I realize why I am blessed and why I chose the path of three children. Not every day is magical or balanced or even inspiring parenting, but this is our family and this is me as a Mumma. Making my own way. As long as they know that Mumma always remembered to steal moments with them in between the ordered chaos, then I am ok with that and know that I am truly a blessed Mamma.

05.01.2022 When you are a sensitive soul this means you take it all on. The wondering and the stuck feelings can be paralyzing - sitting in your body - in exhaustion from your own mind. When you are an intuitive as well - there is another dynamic that lies over you. ... You can see all the happenings around you like a game of chess that is being played. You see the darkness and the light all at once. You can see each person’s motive and when you are young, this is so confusing, all you want to know is what the other person’s motives are. When you don’t know their motives and you are still trying to figure out the dynamic of life, you force it back into yourself as if it was your fault and then take this line of thinking to protect yourself with stories about WHO you are. This then forces you to live a life with shields. One that can feel completely uncomfortable and anxiety ridden hiding from the opinions of others. A life you think is trying to live up to perfect but far from it. And then you have your breaking point. The one where your emotions come out so strong and sit with you as your mouth opens with the venom that is needed to retrieve your own personal power. Your inner warrior arriving to defend you in the energetic playing fields to see you stand tall, hold your own, remember your own knowing. This is when you then can see and use your energy and intuition in this plane. Like your soul song and humanness finally aligned. This is when you finally begin to trust your own inner power and the gifts that you have to shine into this world. The battle scars don’t matter anymore but the personal truth takes residence again in your heart. That you can see it all - You can too beauty - just take a step away from that swirl, the inner doubt and know that you are whole not broken by your experience.
