24.01.2022 Fight with criminal real estate agents and builders. We are approaching 3 years for our fight with these criminals after many complaints Consumer Affairs Victor...ia refuses to take action they will act like they care after they long gone after destroying lives. They are repeat offenders who are master of misleading and deception. Directors teaching their family members how to commit these fraud and get away with it while they represent themselves as Christian. We had meeting for conciliation directors didnt show up instead they sent their unauthorized worker Adam who was sitting there winking at conciliation officer and showing no respect was probably glad they are getting away with another fraud. We tried to contact Dan Andrews around 15 times cause we live in his constituency but he refused to see us or help us. They did property damage to our locked house to make delays look genuine I notified police but still nothing. Their businesses full of bad reviews and complaints and still no department wants to take action. After 1 year lodging complaint with dbdrv still nothing only closer to receive letter to go to vcat. Getting justice is dream around here these days. I contacted Master Builders Association of Victoria multiple times all they care about their members and their membership fee. I also contactedCommonwealth Bank but they only care about their money. Your broker knew about these fraudsters but never said anything. But I cannot quit to these criminals it will continue for very long time I think. I believe its my duty of care to warn about these criminals so please keep away from victorian housing and land specialist or jovand homes harassment by them is guaranteed. Our bad luck is not a single person or department we found who genuinely care.
