20.01.2022 Got a thought from this morning to share with you all, hope this adds some value in your life as it did to me: Your identity ..................... There is an identity which the world sees in you and there is an identity which you see in yourself. ....................................... The outside world sees your possessions, your designations, compares you with others and generally set a place for you which you accept over time and almost believe that its your place. You use your social media show your possessions, your designations, compare with others and become sad or happy as the case may be. However what you see in yourself is the virtue, the character strengths like wisdom, courage, honesty, compassion, temperance, justice,,, these are your inherent strength and your possessions which will stay with you and will be passed on to future generations. ............................................ World sees this only when you use and display in your daily life. With love, Rajnish

Yet in reality, there was an opportunity and a challenge. 05.01.2022 Good morning, just thought to share this thought which came in today’s morning meditation: All personal success has its seed in Self-confidence. A very famous but simple quote is what you see is what you be means what we see in ourselves is what we ultimately become. And that made me think, if that is correct then I should see in myself all the important things like strength, attitude, knowledge, wealth, happiness, loving, kindness...... I should almost have an internal tape recorder saying to me all the time, I am the strongest, fittest, knowledgeable, loving, kind, wealthy and visionary person leading myself to be the best of myself. How I see myself is - who I be to myself and the world Good morning and hope this illuminates your day and week ahead.
