25.01.2022 Dear our valued customers, Raku izakaya has been keeping a high standard of hygiene. -We keep training, practicing and supervising for personal hygiene of our all staff including kitchen and front.... - We will ensure to provide the correct facilities e.g.) hand washing, toilets to enable staff to practice good hygiene condition -All of Raku’s staff keep washing their hands frequently with hand soap at least every 10 minutes. -Clean & sanitise food preparation surfaces such as bench tops, chopping board and touch screen POS. -Check staff’s health condition before starting their shift. -Plate, crockery and glass are washed in dish washer with over 85 degree. -Kitchen staff will keep wearing gloves during operation times. -Raku izakaya recommend a card payment to minimise contacts. During this certain period, we will try to offer more space between tables and un-set tables which means that our customers enjoy dining out with family, friends with little to no concern at Raku. Also, floor staff will try to avoid close contact with customers & staff each other. Staff will sanitise surface more frequently such as tabletops, chairs and door handles with no-rince sanitiser. If you feel healthy and are in the mood for a great Japanese meal or drinks we would really love to see you at Raku. Also, take away service will be provided during this certain period for Dinner time. Until we are advised, we will continue to do our best to keep a high standards of hygiene condition.
