14.01.2022 Cooking by candlelight. A huge electrical storm shut down most of the Scenic Rims power supply while a two-day conference for teachers was taking place at the resort. The kitchen team at Lilies toiled away in caveman-like conditions to deliver a buffet for 190 people all without electricity! Team spirit, hard work, creative approaches and professional attitudes is what really makes this team the number one in the Scenic Rim, come hell or high water we always get it done!
