12.05.2022 Sydney RAMBO member victory congrats Hi everyone, this is Ravinder Kaur from Sydney. I started the Rambo diet 31days ago, being diabetic, arthritic and narcoleptic and being on medication for all three conditions. What I have noticed is that even though I have only lost 2 kilos in weight, I have given up my narcolepsy medicine. Not only this diet made it possible to treat my problem, it has also prevented another problem as the narcolepsy medicine also h...as adverse effect on the heart. In addition, I have suffered from an unidentified allergy last 3years n was taking medicine every day. Now I need to take medicine after 3-4days. I hope that it will stop altogether. More than weight loss, I am benefiting from the cleansing and detoxification by the Rambo. I thank Rama ji for the huge amount of research and effort he put into making the diet plan which is easy, tasty, nutritious and satisfying.
