24.01.2022 Dear Potential Investors, from March 2018 our Rampling Unit Trust which is administered by Rampling Investments Pty Limited as Trustee is registered in NSW and will begin accepting Investment funds. Initially the trust is looking to raise $100m in equity funding to be invested in high quailty real estate and fuel station acquisitions in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA and the UK. 09.01.2022 Happy New Year to all and a prosperous 2018. As indicated earlier this year Rampling Investment Trust has been formed and is currently being registered with the NSW State Government. The trust will be administered by Rampling Investments Pty Limited and will being issuing Trust Units quite soon in order to raise $100m. The Trust funds will be managed by our firms solicitor Mr Phillip Kruit LLB to provide a thoroughly professional service and fidelity when managing the transfe...r of our investors funds. The trust will primarily invest in fuel stations both here in Australia and in the USA to provide a 24 hour 7 day 365 day per year continuous flow of funds and nett distributions back to our Trust Unit Holders. Other investments will include high quality real estate investments. When the Trust is fully functional, participation will be marketed professionally by an accredited marketing firm.
