24.01.2022 As a grandfather of four I was very glad to allow my staff to go and support the next generation of young new leaders. They rallied today to fight to save the planet on Global Climate Strike day in Glebe Park with thousands of Canberrans. This is real leadership. Now we need the same from our heads of Government. Those with the fortitude to make hard decisions and scorn those who are dishonourably playing politics with our future. We need truly honourable MPs - remember them? Time has all but run out, and real deep action on climate is needed. We are at a last chance corner but these kids give me hope.
