12.01.2022 Some reminders for all players trialling for RNA Representative Teams this weekend at J J Cahill High School Gym: No spectators in the gym due to COVID restrictions so drop off and pick up please Hydrate- Bring water to drink and make sure players drink water before leaving home Eat Well - have a good healthy breakfast to give you some energy and bring some healthy snacks. You will be there for a few hours. Arrive ready to warm up - shoes, hair etc ready, already taped if you... need Make the most of the pre-game warm up so you are stretched and ready to go 100% in the games Have fun, enjoy the experience and try your best!
