Thank you to the teachers and parents who gave up their time to help organise some special activities this week to celebrate Science Week!

19.01.2022 This week, we learnt about National Sorry Day and Reconciliation Week. To celebrate this special week, students have created artworks, watched educational videos, had discussions, and listened to Indigenous music at break times. Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians as individuals, families, communities, organisations and importantly as a nation. At the heart of this journey are relationships between the broader Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. - Mrs Allen. #inthistogether2020 #NRW2020

11.01.2022 Today is National R U OK? Day, which is just a gentle reminder to check in with those around you to see if they are okay - and to seek support if needed. There are four simple steps that could help change a life*: 1. Ask R U OK? - asking how someone is truly feeling, noticing if theyre upset, etc. 2. Listen - listen to what they need to say! 3. Encourage action - this might be finding a support system or taking similar action to support the person. 4. Check in - let the p...erson know you are there for them and check in on them when appropriate. *From the official ruok.org.au website. R U OK? See more
