19.01.2022 We had another amazing training yesterday evening. The weather has been fantastic as well. It’s been great to see so many motivated kids turn up week in and week out. Yesterday we had 38 kids training hard and having fun. Big thanks to Front Runner and Jade & Jess on Javelin!

11.01.2022 We had 29 enthusiastic kids at training tonight, covering High Jump, Hurdles, Throws, Walks and Sprints. There is no regular Saturday competition this weekend so hopefully sleep-in’s all round !! Good luck to those Athletes participating at Multis in Mt Claremont!

07.01.2022 Another great Wednesday training session this week with over 30 amazing kids turning up in magnificent conditions. Running, jumping and throwing, we have it all covered! It’s so great to see the focus on the kids faces learning and applying what they’ve been taught!
