21.01.2022 We had a fantastic day yesterday @Kibbenjelok. A very special thanks to our friends and neighbours for inviting us to be part of their open garden day. We really do live in a very beautiful part of the world.

21.01.2022 Here in Tassie we had a very mild summer that resulted in a disappointing tomato season. Despite loads of fruit, we often end the season with a large quantity of tomatoes that are never going to ripen. This never bothers us as we always make a batch or two of green tomato pickle with any green fruit. This Easter, however, we got an unexpected call from a local farmer who was despairing over his huge crop of green tomatoes. We saw this an opportunity to add our beloved pick...le to our commercial repertoire and bought all the green tomatoes available!
