03.01.2022 4 THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN LOOKING AT RETIREMENT VILLAGE Choosing to move out of the family home and into a Retirement Village can be one of the biggest decisions of our life. Weve put together a list of four important things we believe you should consider when choosing a Village thats right for you. 1. Location ... Moving to a Retirement Village should make life more convenient and enable you to stay in the community you love and know, close to family and friends. Also see if Village is close to transport, shops and medical facilities so will help you maintain your independence for longer. 2. In-home Services Youve worked hard all your life. Now its time to sit back and let other people take care of the small things. Does the Village allow services and care so that you can live independently in your own home for as long as possible? A range of services from cleaning and laundry, to home cooked meals or even more personalised care should you wish, are desirable to suit you now and into the future. 3. Community areas When its cold and rainy you may not feel like going out, and if you choose a Village with a good variety of community facilities you wont have to. Facilities important to you may include: a dining room with on-site chef, theatre room, café, library, outdoor entertaining areas and a gym. Selecting a Village with these amenities can really better your lifestyle. 4. Groups or Social Activities Meeting like-minded seniors with the same interests as you can be one of the most fulfilling aspects of a Retirement Village. Have a look at the Villages social calendar - are there clubs, activities and day trips planned? Make sure that the Village you choose is going to meet your social needs and interests. Rangeview Village prides itself on its intelligently designed villas with all of these points in mind. With a resident-focused approach, Rangeview Village is set in an inner-urban location and encourages residents to live life on their own terms, at their own place. Enjoy today, knowing you have planned for the future, whilst living at a Rangeview Village, phone (08) 9355 3400 for further information.

02.01.2022 At Rangeview you dont have to own a dog to feel the love. Pictured you can see Betty enjoying young Tommys blissful attention or is it the other way around!!! Dogs are an invaluable source of comfort to their owners and others who they meet on their daily outings. At Rangeview we are very proud of the positive impact our doggy community enjoys and the social interaction provided to the pet parents and dogs alike. And for all the cat lovers, we know this is true for your beloved moggies as well.
