25.01.2022 Hey peeps! It’s not much fun living in Melbourne at the moment which makes it a little harder to make plans and see the future. We do know it’s coming though an...d good things are just around the corner!! A huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers for your ongoing support. Your extra efforts to promote local businesses, or by buying an extra item with your normal coffee order, or by paying it forward, and for the many other acts of kindness and generousity, they have not gone unnoticed! So, to kick start our community engagement, and in collaboration with NewGen Rotary, we’ve decided to bring back the Grinder Burger on the menu and donate $5 of every purchase of the Grinder Burger to go towards NewGen Rotary’s future local community projects. These wonderfully awesome peeps @newgenrotaryclub have done the Coffee for Nurses and Health Care Workers, Coffee for Teachers initiatives and our own Street Library as some of their past and existing community projects. So cheers to us Melbournians, and here’s to the future! We are all in this together!! . . . . #latteart #melb #thedailygrind #getaroundthis #spring ##riseandgrind3133 #melbourne #victoria #collaboration #melbournecafeculture #food #communitylove #rotarian #whatgoesaroundcomesbackaround #caffeine #breakfast #brunch #vermont #cafesofmelbourne #coffeelover #yourlocal #melbournecoffee #coffeeaddict

12.01.2022 Dear Parents / Carers It has come to our attention that there is a suicide video circulating on TikTok (and possibly Instagram) which shows what appears to be a real death involving a firearm. This video is hidden behind a cat video. Students are not encouraged to have TikTok accounts in primary years however we understand that some have access for a variety of reasons. Some TikTok videos stream to YouTube.... The platforms involved are removing the video in question but it keeps reappearing as others copy and share it under different accounts. The safest course in the current situation is for students to have no access to TikTok in the coming days. Regards Marika Ferguson Assistant Principal
