25.01.2022 I had a lovely time at the Mu'ooz Eritrean Restaurant & Catering product launch yesterday. It is a project that I have been very proud to be involved in thanks to Aastha. I was able to play a part in helping them develop their products and was very happy to see them launched as well. It was also heart warming to see community leaders such as Jackie Trad supporting such an amazing social enterprise

23.01.2022 What to do when you have some leftover fresh noodles (not a lot) and are feeling a little lazy after a very hectic few days? Stir fry some chicken in ginger and garlic, then add some soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little sesame oil. Sauté a few greens and make a little tomato salad. Boil noodles for a minute, strain, then assemble. Add a fried egg and drizzle some chilli oil on top .

They are completely handmade, including the wrappers. This week we will have three varieties available, butter chicken, lamb curry and corn. We can provide them to you frozen or steamed. Did you know that frozen dumplings can be steamed for a quick and delicious lunch and are a popular addition to kids lunch boxes? 15.01.2022 I received some beautiful flounder as a gift yesterday. It was incredible. (Thank you so much, you know who you are) I decided to coat it in ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and Kashmiri chilli and pan fry it with a banana leaf between the pan and the fish to prevent it from sticking. I then served it with some Lime Caviar from The Lime Caviar Company. Even my daughter polished it off very happily

I was really lucky this morning to get my hands on some fresh green peppercorns, meaning an unexpected additional dish and spice is going to be included. Cant wait to see everyone there

09.01.2022 I’ve decided to brighten things up at Brookfield Markets tomorrow morning We are making our breakfast menu more interesting by having a delicious highlight to our dosas. This mixture will be ground into a delicious powder known as podi or gunpowder. I love it so much that I had to have it with idlis every day for 5 weeks when I visited South India just before Covid. I will be making two varieties to showcase tomorrow as well as a couple of sneaky new limited edition prod...ucts. Why didn’t I share this earlier? Because I do a lot of things on the fly, planning isn’t really my strong point at the moment
