24.01.2022 Social isolation, lock down, financial concerns, job loss, prolonged uncertainty and high stress can put a lot of pressure on our relationship. Living in close proximity to your partner, with whom we are not used to spending much time together, day in and out and tensions can easily boil over into frustrations and arguments. Here are my 3 ways to help keep your relationship safe during the pandemic.

24.01.2022 In this video I talk about how our coping strategies sabotage our connection with our partner. When we are upset, our thinking abilities and our problem solving are reduced and we start behaving in habitually unhelpful ways. We either attack our partner, or we withdraw... Or, we can learn how to connect without giving in to our instincts. The choice is ours.
