19.01.2022 Councils Environmental Health Officer & Compliance Team have been carrying out several site inspections and talking with camp ground managers in our district regarding the measures being put in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. This is a rapidly evolving situation and Council is endeavouring to keep the community informed. Jetty Caravan Park Normanville CLOSED from Wednesday 25 March 2020 until further notice. Privately managed sites in our district: Beachside Caravan Park This site has cabins, residents and permanents with 10 camping sites. These 10 sites will remain available for caravans only and the manager feels he can manage these. They are removing tables and chairs in the communal areas and limiting the BBQs. Social distancing signage will be displayed throughout the park. Cape Jervis Accommodation & Caravan Park No change to operations. They have received many cancellations, so they have minimal people in the park. Restaurant is doing takeaway only. Deep Creek Conservation Park No change to operations as at 9am on Wednesday 25 March 2020. Operations currently under review. Rapid Bay Campground CLOSED from Wednesday 25 March 2020 until further notice. Second Valley Caravan Park CLOSED from Wednesday 25 March 2020, but will provide a safe refuge for travellers only using self-contained facilities either in cabins or caravans. Shop is take away only and general store. 13.01.2022 Hello everyone.. Kids rates of $7.50 per kid per nite are charged from ages 8-17yrs and bonds of $10 per person for your length of stay are charged for groups.Bonds are refunded on the day of your departure if and when all campground rules,bond rules are complied with. Thanks Management

09.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Due to social distancing being enforced with COVID/19 Corona Virus we will only allow couples or singles into the campground as of today 24/03/2020. NO GROUPS of any form will be allowed. No grouping up or joining up in the campground please. The Campground will be closed off on the week of the Easter Long Weekend including the Easter Weekend....
