25.01.2022 If you are still running Windows 7 remember to upgrade soon. Windows 7 has reached end of life meaning no security updates. Don't leave yourself vulnerable for cyber attack.

24.01.2022 Here are some keyboard shortcuts to help make access quicker and easier: Win+Home: Clear all but the active window Win+Space: All windows become transparent so you can see through to the desktop Win+Up arrow: Maximize the active window Win+Down arrow: Minimize the window/Restore the window if it's maximized... Win+Left/Right arrows: Dock the window to each side of the monitor (If you've got dual monitors, adding Shift to the mix (e.g., Win+Shift+Right arrow) will move the window to the adjacent monitor.) Win+T: Focus and scroll through items on the taskbar. Win+P: Adjust presentation settings for your display Win+(+/-): Zoom in/out Shift+Click a taskbar item: Open a new instance of that application See more

18.01.2022 Attention people; If you get a phone call from someone saying they are from Telstra, Optus, Microsoft or Windows support. saying your computer has been hacked or you have internet problems, Be careful it is most likely a scam. Do not give them access to your computer. We are getting more and more cases of customers being scammed. They say they can fix the issues for a large fee. If you say no while they have access to your PC they have been known to put a virus or password on your system. Be careful. Do not give your credit card details to them and don't give them access to your computer.

13.01.2022 I have tested Windows 10 over the last couple days and I am impressed so far. It performs well and has some great features. it is also user friendly. If you are a Windows 7 or 8 user Microsoft are allowing you to download and install it for free, restrictions do apply so be sure to read the agreement and it isn't compatible with all hardware so you may need to upgrade some components if it alerts you to any issues.. Install at your own risk and it is always a good idea to back up any important data you may have before you download it.. Good luck hope you enjoy using it.

10.01.2022 Anyone still using Windows 7. Time to prepare for an upgrade. Microsoft have announced "End of support from January 2020" No support means no security updates leaving your computer vulnerable for unwanted access and account hacking. Be sure to backup your data by that time.

07.01.2022 3TB hard drives unreliable. The design that allows the higher capacity also makes for an unreliable drive.. may not be worth the larger size if it means you may lose your precious data.. In some cases it may be a better option to have 2 smaller drives rather than 1 larger one.
