06.01.2022 Have you met someone who has been taking ongoing medication and he or she has not healed or recovered for a long time? How can this be when doctors are doing their best? Have you yourself given away your power of self-healing? I have just finished a session with a client who experienced lack of energy. Her mind decided to let go serious negative emotions and limiting beliefs she has lived with. Her breathing shifted instantly and felt weight lifting off her shoulder and throa...t. What do you think? Is breathing closely related to lack of energy? That is the way to get oxygen required for life. Have you ever thought about how much of your medical condition could be caused by your mind or hanging onto negative beliefs or emotions? My grandma took 14 different pills for decades in different colors before she died. She had explained to me which one was for which separate symptom of her condition.Medication has it`s place and can be necessary though I have not taken any for long years now. Connection between body and mind has been discovered a long time ago. Sometimes drugs are just masking the real problem, which as a result is forgotten and never discovered again. It is always easier to pop a pill then face something one rather avoids because it is comfortable to look into the mirror. The question is whether one is ready for the truth... I am feeling grateful that I live with purpose and I have tools to find root causes of anxiety, fears, shame or guilt and I am able to reconnect someone to his or her true self and unlearn what is in the way of change. Most of my clients do not even know it was a life saver that has shifted their immediate and future health, which is perfect. 03.01.2022 How to use FOCUS and CHOICE to experience positive emotions to energize yourself. Negative emotions take you energy. Example: We received a notice to move out from our rental. I prefer not to and I like this house or I have grown to like it. Have I got control? No way. My best approach is to have a good internal experience. Have I got control in my internal world? Absolutely. I can see what I did not like in this place while I am being grateful for the wonderful experiences w...e have had here ( beautiful trees, lush garden, walking distance to school, etc) while putting my attention on the search for the next one with a sense of adventure and excitement. Am I going to have new experiences and learn new things in a new environment in the near future? Yes. Am I to move on to meet new people and touch new lives? Definitely. Is it perhaps necessary so they help me on my path and I help them to elevate? Yeah. Is it already arranged and I just need to enjoy the journey of change? Yes I like that thought, feels good. You have signed up for change when you were born. Looking for infinite in the 3D world is not going to work, is it? I can go further and offer myself the prespective of soul looking from above to really reframe what is happening. What is going to happen to the hero (Endre) now?
