15.01.2022 Are you a fan of microfibre cloths? Well you probably should be! The microfibres allow the cloth to pick up dirt and hold on to it preventing any residue being left on the surface. They can be laundered hundreds of times so you will always have a clean cloth to grab! They come in a variety of colours to prevent cross contamination such as red is usually for bathrooms. Colour coding is completely up to you but it is a good habit to get into.

08.01.2022 We've all had one of these in our sink before but did you know how they are supposed to work? Or just how good they really are! The green side is more abrasive than the yellow side which means you can use this on hard wearing surfaces that don't require a gentle approach. However, you should always test the patch you are about to clean to make sure it won't be damaged. ... The yellow (or sometimes white side) won't scratch, you can confidently use it on bathtubs, sinks, glass, cars, it can even take the paint off your hands without taking the skin off.

06.01.2022 Neutrol is a great general purpose cleaner! It is Ph Neutral so it won't affect any surface that is not affected by water, so if you can wet it, you can clean it. It has a pleasant smell and is recognised as being environmentally responsible. It doesn't leave smears on high gloss surfaces as long as you follow the correct dilution rates.

For 15 years, Mr Shakeshaft has been building his own holistic education curriculum in the form of the BackTrack program in Armidale, which works to help young people who have gone off the rails back onto a track of purpose and meaning. BackTrack's methods have met with such success, in a field where success is rare and hard-won, that Mr Shakeshaft has this year been recognised by the University of New England with an Honorary Doctorate, honouring Mr Shakeshaft's contribution to the community.
