03.01.2022 With the change in season it’s time to change your skincare routine, adding in a little more hydration to help restore our skin barrier and natural moisturising factors in the skin. A hydrated skin is a healthy functioning skin. . It might be time to switch that harsh foaming cleanser to a more gentle or even cream cleanser if you’re feeling super dry, you can also try switching up your moisturiser from a lotion to a richer cream or I like cocktailing in some hyaluronic acid into my serums to invite more moisture into my skin. We don’t however skip the sun protection in winter, we still need protection and even though you might not be outdoors as much we still need protection from the blue light on our screens and the sun coming in through the windows. Trust me nothing looks better in your 50s then sunscreen in your 20s.
