With this ring the old gold is being used for the main body of the ring and a setting is carved in wax for the sapphire (shown in earlier video) the wax has now been cast in gold and the gold setting has been attached to the rest of the ring, more shaping in the gold is done. Our clients sapphire is set into the ring. They are using their diamonds in a different ring that will interlock with the sapphire ring (deconstruction of old ring in previous video).
