Made by our head chef, Kyle Nichol , these unique vinegars use native and foraged ingredients and traditional fermenting techniques. They are so good, we use them in our dishes at Rascal! Look in the gift section of our website or drop in store for the perfect present for someone who loves to cook! ... The paw paw and bottle brush vinegar is amazing with seafood or as a salad dressing! The sagrantino and geralton wax goes great in pasta or with red meat!
