03.01.2022 So saddened by the loss of life, homes, habitat and wildlife, but buoyed by the amazing generosity of people. With donations and money now flowing there’s hope for prevention, education and restoration. We’ve donated to Birdlife Australia @birdlifeoz who do vital conservation work, preserving and restoring bird habitat and working to protect Australia’s unique avian biodiversity. Our Bass Strait community is going strong with new enterprises being established by generational coastal-dwellers from these waters. If you ever get the chance to go to Flinders Island my advice is take it! It’s a beautiful unspoilt island with outstanding produce and welcoming and friendly people.... RASP’s soaps are handmade on the Victorian coast - we belong to a strong coastal community of generational makers and do’ers and are proud to bring you an authentic coastal skin & body care brand. Each batch of RASP soaps is handcrafted using heritage soap-making processes. We follow the tradition of coastal European soapmakers and use seawater (in our case collected fresh from Bass Strait). The salt-laden seawater he...lps cure and harden our soaps. This method of soap-making is called Soleseife and we love being part of this soap-making tradition. SIREN is made with a blend of Olive, Coconut & Sunflower Oils which together create a rich, creamy lather. SIREN is scented with Lavender Essential Oil and contains pink clay to help gently cleanse your skin.
