23.01.2022 It was a little while back when this one sold, it was an amazing sale, although now somewhat old. Clare, Molly and Matilda were tickled pink. They had bought a new home with a 2nd kitchen sink. ... Their home in William Street was truly unique, so full of love and touches of chic. There were murals on the wall and a decked area too, it didn’t take long for the buyers to come through. We sold the house in such a short time, The expedited sale suited the girls fine. They packed up their things and loaded the truck, farewelled the neighbours, as they wish them luck. They haven’t moved far and this makes me happy the most, Because after lockdown, there will be an overdue toast!

21.01.2022 A tribute to Barb Well, it’s been a while since I’ve posted a RAVIDA sale, but there was a very good reason for my enthusiasm to fail. 41 was Barb, who loved her beautiful new home!... In the town of Beechworth where she could explore and roam. She had very dear friends here in Laney and Glenn, they found her the house where she could begin again. To be closer to her family and her grandson Dash, her decision to move was anything but rash. In such a short time she had made many a new friend She touched so many hearts when her life came to an end. I post this ode with a tear in my eye, As we never got the chance to say goodbye. But I know she’s above and looking down on us, and wondering in heaven....why all the fuss? It’s of little solace I know, but remember what they say.... Barb may be gone ...but the memories will stay! RIP Barb
