(If you're interested in what we have been doing - see below - :THE BLOCK VS PINV) Restoration Time at the resort.... We have been busy cleaning, hammering, painting..... Phillip Island Nature Resort now hold management of another fourteen villas, after their individual villa owners 'rescued them' from RAMADA management on January 1st) . After over 6 years of 'management', token returns, and noticeably depreciated asset values, many villa owners have now been able to remove their villas from Ramada management and are letting them through the 'Phillip Island Nature Resort" an entity created and managed locally in Cowes. With an additional 8 x 2BR villas, 4 x 3BR villas and 2 X Studio spa villas to handle, there has been audits and then a LOT of work so far. Not all of these are ready to be let as yet, as they are still 'having some work done!' Upon transfer of management, we really did not know what were in for. Our current Nature Villas were gorgeous, had been thoroughly upgraded and were in high demand with high ratings of 9.7 on booking.com. They were works of love! The reality hit when we walked into these villas 3 weeks ago, and many of them had already been booked in anticipation of high Summer demand. Both patrons and our staff were less than impressed... These villas needed repainting, repairing, restocking, and a thorough detailed clean, and since that first day of 2019, we've been working industriously to bring them up to a standard which our guests' expect, when paying for those hard to get' family holidays' or much needed 'escapes from the city'. TODAY we are releasing 6 more villas for hire and available this week starting tomorrow - MONDAY JAN 21st. We'll keep working on the rest and release more as soon as we can. thanks again, Toni

This is great news for anybody who hasn't yet booked their Summer holi...day at the island....this is SO exciting!! So, new nutshell is this.... ******** . WE NOW MANAGE AN ADDITIONAL 6 VILLAS******ALL AVAILABLE for STAYS FROM JAN 1 ***** We will be busy over Christmas upgrading these and potentially even more villas as we expand the Phillip Island Nature Villa section of the resort... If you haven't secured your Summer holiday to Phillip Island, we now have an additional 3 x 2BR Villas and 3 x 3BR, 2 bathroom villas - available from Jan 1st, 2019.
