23.01.2022 So my experiment is over....after 7 yeas on Raw Food I tried going on a more standard diet....conclusion....I feel awesome on a raw food lifestyle! I'm back baby! Breakfast - Green Juice - Kale, Spinach, Celery, Ginger, Turmeric, Lemon, Cucumber, Carrot, Apple, and today some Beetroot

02.01.2022 Just made some yummy raw vegan coconut yoghurt One of my original Lavender Love Bites recipes 4 cups coconut pulp from fresh drinking coconut, 1/2 cup agave... or maple syrup, 1/4 cup lemon juice, pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 teaspoons melted cold pressed organic raw coconut oil. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth Now tip into glass jar (make sure your jar has room for all that great bacteria to multiply). Then using a wooden spoon (anything metal will kill our friends) stir in 2 teaspoons of vegan probiotics. Now cover and leave overnight It's yummy straight away.....but by morning our friends will have done their job and turned it into a very healthy raw vegan yoghurt Remember they are alive!
