24.01.2022 Building faces for dinner tonight. Something i have not done for a while is let the kids create there meal. Letting them create and use there imagination with food helps form healthier relationship with eating, instead of putting food in front of them and expecting them to eat it. Create positive energy behind it and you will be surprised at how they will enjoy simple fruits and vegetables. When we take away the control and replace with choice things shift.

23.01.2022 Christmas New Year festives were beautiful but its time to continue to create healthy patterns and choices for our selves and little ones. Kids graze platter. Fruits, Vege sticks, homemade Hummas and some rice crackers.
