14.01.2022 Chickweed, I was drawn to this herb after noticing the tiny white flowers taking over the garden beds. It’s an often overlooked and dismissed herb but it shouldn’t be - you might be surprised to learn it’s an excellent rejuvenating tonic packed with vitamins and minerals, is great for digestion and a dry cough, fever because it’s a cooling, soothing and moist herb. 07.01.2022 Stay grounded...bend before you break ...keep growing. I’m guessing many of you have been at what feels like breaking point at times this year! Wowee, what a ride it has been! We only need to look to nature and see the trees that fall over in storms generally have shallow roots. I encourage you to keep checking in with yourself and if you are struggling, think about ways you can plant your roots deeper, nourish your soul, body with better diet choices, add more exercise, le...arn something new to refill your cup so you can ride the storm. That may also be speaking to a good friend, taking time by yourself, spending time in nature, saying No to something, or making the call to get help.
