18.01.2022 I'm so PROUD to be part of the Meal Makers fund-raising program this year with Foodbank WA Remember when I said that I will pay it forward, following your incredible support to help rebuild our wesbite? This is it and I cannot be happier. Foodbank is the largest hunger relief charity in Australia, providing food to people in need. Just $1 provides 2 meals!!! It's not the first time we support their efforts, but it will definitely be the biggest and most fun we will have.... The Meal Makers program brings together WA business leaders around this cause with the goal of providing 250,000 meals for West Australians in need. We are donating time and $$ and we are teaching a sold out cooking class this Friday. Think potato and lentil stuffed eggplant rolls with sweet potato hummus and chocolate mousse tarts!! Easy, fun and YUUUMMM. With the risk of annoying you, I popped a link below to donate to the cause so we can raise even more $$. Just think, $10 provides 20 meals! How amazing would it be if the program was to exceed its goals, during a year when fund-raising efforts have been severely affected by covid-19. 15.01.2022 When you don't have the balls to juggle, use onions. We had a great time at Foodbank WA Meal Makers 2020 program. Lots of smiles and covid approved hugs, lots of great food and enthusiasm for eggplants, and also lots of fun. Because cooking is fun. Especially when everyone gathered around such a great cause and such a great charity, fighting to end hunger among West Australians in need. ... You might think hunger in WA / Australia does not exist. You might think everyone goes to bed with a full belly. That all kids go to school after having had breakfast. But it's sadly not the reality for a lot of people, right here, right now. This year, the #mealmakers2020 programme raised $$ for about 250,000 meals!! That is nothing short of incredible and we're grateful to have made a tiny contribution today. You can still donate directly to the Food Bank account by using the link below. $1 = 2 meals

09.01.2022 Clocked out for a wee holiday and it felt so good to gain perspective on everything life and just be a little dot on the map. Came back to lots of exciting news, and plans, and changes, and I'm buzzing with energy for what's ahead. On a side note, what a beautiful country we have to explore I got a chance to spend time in Denham, Shark Bay, Francois Peron National Park, Malgana country. And also to explore Kalbarri National Park, Nanda country. ... What's your favorite place to holiday in WA?
