25.01.2022 Hey fam, hope you’re all having a lovely whatever day it is. I’m in that weird space where I’m not working but also checking in every now and then because I can’t help myself, so if it takes a little while for me to get back to you it’s just because I’m having a little bit of quiet time. Loving these rainy days, we’re gonna take in the new Croods movie today, drink heaps of tea and nap a bit. Back to full steam on Monday, if I can work out when that is.

17.01.2022 You guys have absolutely slammed me with enrolments for 2021 over the last few days, and we haven’t even opened up enrolments to waitlist and new students yet!!! 2021 is going to absolutely rock We’re officially launching our brand spanking new preschool program in the next few days, and because our small people are so special we’re giving them their own page. So if you are one of our current or prospective preschool parents I’d love it if you could jump over and give the new page a like to stay in touch with all the news that’s hot for the most extra preschoolers in Gladstone.

Ms Clare and Miss Maddy will be at the Sport and Active Living Expo at the GECC and we look forward to meeting some new families (and saying hi to our existing families) there. 09.01.2022 Dear Saturday Families Just letting you know there are no classes this week. Everyone is shattered I think and can do with a week off! We’ll be celebrating Harper’s birthday and look forward to seeing our babyballet stars next Saturday 3rd July. Prep and Grade 1-3 classes will resume on Saturday 10th July. ... Enjoy your weekend! 08.01.2022 Thank you families for your patience this week. Classes that were scheduled for this afternoon will still run following the protocol outlined earlier in the week Dancers over the age of 12 must wear a mask unless undertaking vigorous exercise or otherwise exempt... Parents must remain outside the teaching space, dropping students off at the door closest to the kitchen and picking students up from the ramp door. Parents are also advised to wear masks when dropping off or collecting students and maintain social distancing as much as possible. Teachers will be masked during lessons Hand sanitiser etc as we've been used to. Classes running this afternoon Preppies Grade 1-3 Ballet and Tap Grade 4-6 Ballet and Tap Classes cancelled this afternoon Senior Musical Theatre Senior Tap As we appear to be in a good position I'll be updating our timetable and database for term 2 over the weekend. Please advise any changes to your current classes that you wish to make ASAP. AND - stay tuned for our super dooper secret squirrel news!

05.01.2022 You guys know that while I don’t do resolutions because I am a flaky b, I do like to set myself a word for the year. Kinda like a year long mantra or focus point. Well, let me say that’s it’s been tricky to settle on a word for 2021 after the whirlwind of 2020. But after a couple of days beachside(with the sunburned upper thighs to prove it) I’ve settled on FLOW. And I’m going with it (and dad jokes apparently). What’s your word/intention/resolution for 2021?

03.01.2022 Congratulations to our beautiful graduating senior Paris and all the fabulous year 12s I’ve worked with this year at Chanel and on The Wizard of Oz. You did it!!! I’m so proud of all you beautiful humans, and I know that if you can make it through year 12 in a global pandemic, you can do just about anything! I can’t wait to see what adventures you take on next, and as always I’ll be here cheering you on from the sidelines.

02.01.2022 Dear Raw Creative Studios Families I am feeling beyond loved and slightly overwhelmed by the wonderful experiences we’ve shared this weekend. I’m so completely blown away by the way our students conducted themselves this weekend, and the way they committed to their performances under very different and somewhat challenging circumstances. Thank you parents for continuing to lend me your children every week, they are all exceptional human beings and I am so proud of each and every one of them. And thank you for being part of our village and for supporting your students to be the amazing individuals they are!
