23.01.2022 The conditions today were almost as good as it gets. I decided not to open the gallery this morning. Instead i went to Seal Rocks for some solo free diving to capture some images of turtles. We are so lucky to have such a diverse coastline and healthy ecosystem here on our doorstep.... 13.01.2022 Years ago I did a photo shoot for Simple Pleasures Camping Co at Blueys Beach, Oasis caravan park. Walking around seeing so many families enjoying their long weekend below the Milky Way and sitting around their fires surrounded by nature that our region offers. This reminded me of why I decided to move here. Now this same spot is to be turned into a huge concrete jungle closed gate retirement village.... Maybe a caravan park would be far more beneficial for the area and local businesses. Be keen to hear your thoughts. Enjoy the weekend.

03.01.2022 We live in paradise. Smiths Lake has never looked so good. After weeks of planning I finally got up in a plane yesterday to do some aerial images around home. Shooting out of the small window opening definitely has its challenges with high winds moving your camera constantly and trying to capture a great image in between the obstructions of the wing, wheel and wing struts. A great pilot definitely helps.... I have been waiting for the water in Smiths Lake to clear up. The choice of a plane over a drone is to produce quality images with amazing detail and huge resolution, meaning they can be printed huge with 100% quality. I will be releasing a new series of aerial images from all of our favourite headlands, lakes and beaches.
