20.01.2022 8am BEAST SESSION this morning was a FULL HOUSE Some would look at RAW and think isn’t she lucky. Over the past 14 years I have failed big time but got back up. I do whatever it takes to get my clients results by continuously educating myself further. I get up and show up no matter what, even on the harder days. I live and breathe the lifestyle I advocate and lead by example. ... 15.01.2022 Chocolate Fudge Protein Balls 1 cup Medjool dates 1/2 cup almond butter 1/2 cup cashews ... 4 scoops True Rich Chocolate 1/4 cup cacao powder 1 tbl honey 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt 60g 70% dark chocolate Combine all ingredients in food processor to reach desired consistency, add coconut oil to bind if needed.

06.01.2022 No need to take time off work for my special day Everyday is special, we live in such a privileged and beautiful part of the world What a day to be alive is regular banter around the gym especially when there’s a sunrise in sight. I honestly couldn’t think of anything else I’d rather do today than to see all the smiley faces at the gym, so many belly laughs and even a little bit of wee (not me for a change ) A sneaky foot massage with this little monster was reeealllyyy relaxing Thank you for all the birthday love xx
