I can't really explain what magic she works as it's in the subconscious mind, it just works STEPHANIE K...ENNA - HEALER Stephanie has a Diploma in Psychology and Counselling, is a qualified massage therapist and Reiki healer who performs Energy work known as the Emotion Code and Body Code. The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique designed to help identify and release trapped, harmful emotional energies from past events. Trapped emotions may cause feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, make you feel disconnected from others and may also block you from experiencing the love and happiness you deserve. Trapped emotions are made of energy just like the rest of your body, this can exert an influence on the physical tissues. Once Stephanie releases these trapped emotions the body is able to heal so physical and emotional difficulties disappear or become more manageable to process. The Body Code is designed to help identify and correct imbalances which can cause physical and emotional problems. A lot of it deals the health of the energy body, where we try to release trapped emotional energies (emotional baggage) and correct blocked chakras and meridians. There is a physical side as well where we look for things like possible toxins, nutritional deficiencies and structural imbalances and address those according to what Stephanie believes your body needs.
