March 23 2020 - June 15 2020 was one of the toughest times for so many people on so many different levels. ... We want to take this time to Thank everyone for the continued support. Without our clients, our friends, our family and the local community we wouldn’t be here a year later still in business. The last year has had its fair share of ups and downs but this is what has made us all STRONGER. As we look back on the year that’s gone, on all the zoom sessions, home visits, outdoor training and COVID clinic that we ran...one thing stands out!!! I promised her a shopping spree when she reached her goals and what a great way to celebrate This was Zoe last week at her Year 10 Semi Formal after our hair, tan & shopping makeover. 15.01.2022 S U P P O R T | O U R | C O M M U N I T Y 24HR CHARITY BIKE RIDE To help celebrate our 3rd birthday we want to give back to the community that gives to us...... We are aiming to raise $5000 in 24hrs... WHEN: 26 - 27 March 2021 TIME: Starts Friday 5pm (Riding Friday 7pm until Saturday 7pm) WHAT: We need everyone to nominate 30mins to 1hr of riding time on our stationary bikes and raise $50 or more to participate. RAWFAST will be open for the whole 24hrs. We will have music, a BBQ, drinks, raffle prizes and more... We would like to announce the 2 charities we have chosen to support. HELP US HELP LUKA Luka is 11yrs old and has been diagnosed with a Stage 4 medullablastoma (brain cancer). His treatment will be lucky to be done by Christmas and then he will have a long haul with rehab. His walking, talking and left side paralysis has all been caused by surgery and he needs further surgeries to improve his damaged eye sight. His treatment is 6 weeks of full time radiation (Monday-Friday) and then 7 cycles of chemotherapy (28 days for each cycle). BALLINA WOMENS SHELTER Women experiencing domestic and family violence are often forced to flee from their homes, fearing for their own physical and mental wellbeing and that of their children. Our refuges provide crisis accommodation and safe rooms across northern New South Wales, to immediately help women and families and support them while they find a safe new home. HELP US HELP OUR COMMUNITY
