25.01.2022 Hi, just letting you know that Rawleigh’s have no stock of Antiseptic Salve, Medicated Ointment or head clear. They may not have any stock until after New Years. I have stock of Antiseptic Salve only available in very limited quantities. Once they are gone, there gone. So if you need any I suggest you get your order in now. 24.01.2022 Still very frustrated that all of the major products from Rawleigh’s have been unavailable since around September 2020. As you are probably aware, we, the dealers, are Indendent Rawleigh’s Distributors wo pay for the right to sell their products. This has been, and continues to be a major issue. There are. No promises from Rawleigh’s, but the last hint we get is that they are hoping to have products available in 4 to 6 weeks.... I will endeavour to keep you posted and updated as much as possible. My back orders for products number over 250 products. I do have a list but if you are not sure if you are on it, please email me your name and a contact number to my [email protected]. 23.01.2022 RAWLEIGH'S Antiseptic Salve (Man and Beast) For relief from minor cuts & wounds, boils, eczema, blisters, bruises, leg ulcers, chafed and irritated skin. AU$22.00 140g Tin ... Rawleigh's Antiseptic Salve promotes healing of skin tissue, keeps wounds clean and discourages the formation of germs. It is readily absorbed so that it reaches affected areas quickly and promotes conditions that encourage healing from the inside out. Rawleigh’s Antiseptic Salve is recommended for boils, eczema, blisters, bruises, minor cuts and wounds, leg ulcers, chapped, chafed and irritated skin surfaces. Antiseptic Salve is essentially a drawing ointment and is therefore excellent for encouraging stubborn blisters to the surface and extracting dirt painlessly from cuts and abrasions. It soothes hands that are cracked and neglected or feet that are swollen and sore. To apply: Carefully wash the affected area with warm water and apply Salve liberally twice a day. Salve will keep the skin soft and bring soothing, protecting relief. For gravel rash apply Salve to gauze, place over the wound and cover with a bandage. After 24 hours the bandage should be removed and you will be surprised at the amount of gravel which will appear on the gauze. Warnings: In case of deep puncture wounds, or serious burns, consult a doctor or physician. If any redness, irritation, swelling or pain persists or increases or an infection occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. As with all medicines we recommend that Antiseptic Salve be kept out of the reach of children. Active Ingredients: Colophony Cresol Paraffin Gum resin

18.01.2022 UNFORTUNATELY, Rawleigh’s head office have advised all distributors that there is NO STOCK OF ANTISEPTIC SALVE, MEDICATED OINTMENT AND HEAD CLEAR. This is due in part to the COVID 19 epidemic, and a difficulty in getting the products manufactured. I was one of the last distributors in Australia to have stock available as I bulk purchased when I first heard of the upcoming issues which were likely to occur.... I have a waiting list running for all 3 products, so please email your name and a contact number to [email protected]. Please let me have your name, a contact number and the amount of which products you would like. Unfortunately, this is likely to be a long term problem for up to 3 months, but we are hoping to get supplies sooner than that. I apologise to my customers and ask you to understand that you this is beyond my control. I will keep you advised if I get further updates from Rawleighs head office.

As you can see in the photos, Ebony, Tash, Debbie and myself, have been working hard preparing our tins for packing. Bluey, the budgie, is in charge of quality control.. lol We have PLENTY of stock of both Antiseptic Salve (Man and Beast), and Medicated Ointment. We also have a wide range of other Rawleigh’s products in stock.... Both tins are $22.00 per 140g tin. Due to Covid lockdown, most of our items are being posted out to you now to keep everyone safe. Postage is $12.00 Australia wide for up to 4 tins. We provide tracking details. Just a warning, with Australia Post being so busy at the moment, average delivery time is 10 to 14 days, so please be patient. 08.01.2022 Rawleigh's Medicated Ointment is a "First Aid Kit In A Can" providing relief from cuts, burns, sores, bruises, head colds, croup, earache, headache, muscular pains, chapped skin .... and many other uses! To Use: Cuts, burns, sores, bruises - apply Medicated Ointment once or twice a day as required. To relieve the symptoms of head colds and catarrh rub Medicated Ointment vigorously on chest, back, throat and/or the soles of your feet once or twice a day. Especially effec...tive at bedtime for all night relief. Try inhaling it as well as rubbing it on your chest. Colds - rub on chest and throat and cover with a soft flannel. Spasmodic croup rub Medicated Ointment liberally on the throat and chest and apply hot flannels to aid breathing and relieve congestion. Earache put a small amount of Medicated Ointment on cotton wool and insert into outer ear. Headache apply gently to forehead and temples. Muscular pains, aching joints rub vigorously. Chapped hands, lips, scratches as a dressing. Warning: Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not insert into the ear canal - due to the potential risks Otolarygology experts and cotton bud companies all warn not to use cotton buds in the ear. Any deliveries in BALLARAT will have to be on a contactless basis, or, of course by mail. I will continue to sanitise and wrap all products, and follow safe handling procedures. 07.01.2022 Unfortunately, I have to advise that Rawleigh’s still have NOT been able to get Antiseptic Salve, Medicated Ointment, Warm Me Up and Head Clear manufactured and available, which has been going on now for around 6 months. They don’t tell us (The people who pay them to be allowed to sell their products), very much and I have been given several different versions of what the actual problem is, which is annoying, not only to me, but to my customers as well. I have asked for a phone call from head office in New Zealand to try and get an update, but I am not holding my breath waiting. I have about 80 people on the waiting list now, and am happy to add you if you give me a name and contact number. Again, I apologise for the situation.

07.01.2022 Due to the ongoing unavailability of both Antiseptic Salve, Medicated Ointment, and Head Clear, there is an alternate product available which has most of the same uses as Antiseptic Salve, but IS NOT a drawing ointment. I am posting the uses and ingredients below, and as you will see, it has quite a lot of similarities to the Antiseptic Salve. It will be available if I get enough orders to justify a bulk buy of the product. Price is $15.00 per tube, and Postage is $12.00 if r...equired. Please read through the descriptions, and place ORDERS ONLY BY EMAIL TO [email protected]. Rawleigh's Antiseptic Cream - for soothing, antiseptic relief for skin conditions including: Cuts Grazes Relief from the symptoms of insect bites Stings Boils Minor Burns Tinea Eczema Cold Sores Use: For adults and children over two years of age - rub into affected area 6-8 times a day. For burns: immediately treat by applying cold water or cold packs for at least 20 minutes. Ice should not be applied. Antiseptic Cream can then be applied as a first aid treatment. Medical advice should be sought for the treatment of more serious burns. Note: Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. 06.01.2022 FOR MY CUSTOMERS INFOMATION AND TO LET YOU KNOW THE CURRENT FRUSTRATIONS THAT I AM FACED WITH. This is from Rawleigh’s head office today. ( Monday 1st Feb): Unfortunately we have no updated news in terms of our Medicinal product manufacture. Our supplies that are ‘shared’ between Australia and New Zealand are also being delayed with shipping holdups in some New Zealand ports. This is where we are currently.... Antiseptic Salve No new batches have been manufactured (despite many assurances that it wasn’t far away). Our current manufacturer advised late last year that they would no longer be able to manufacture this product so we have been actively reaching out to other approved manufacturers to secure supplies. We believe we have found one and are awaiting final samples before placing a definite order. We have sufficient tins/packaging in Australia for a substantial batch. When we hear any further we will let you know. Medicated Ointment Same situation as above. Antiseptic Cream Plenty of our current batch available. Head Clear While we are focussing on our two tins we are also trying to source an alternative supplier for this product. We believe we have one and should be able to update stocks soon. Pain Ease Oil This product is out of stock we are looking at changing the formula slightly to make the pricing more accessible. Other Stock Issues We have run out of a number of items as they are coming from New Zealand another shipment is booked and we re hoping for a speedy delivery though with Covid there have been delays. Aloe Vera Moisturiser is out of stock and while a limited number of jars is coming from New Zealand they too are also running low as we are awaiting supplies of new jars. 04.01.2022 Unfortunately, I have to report that there has been no progress on Antiseptic Salve and Medicated ointment made. This means it is not going to be available for at least 3 months,if at all. I am keeping the waiting list going and will try and keep you informed. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to get any information from Rawleigh’s head office in New Zealand, I have been selling it for over 15 years and have never seen anything more unprofessional as this is. Sorry to everyone.
