02.01.2022 Coal Tar Soap. I was recently asked for this soap, not knowing anything about it. I decided to do some research and start stocking it. Its been around and used since the 1800's. It is used instead of normal soap/body wash to relieve inflammation/ itching of skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema....
