23.01.2022 Do you regularly goal set? If you want to succeed, you need to set goals. Without goals you lack focus and direction. Goal setting not only allows you to take control of your lifes direction; it also provides you a benchmark for determining whether you are actually succeeding. The physical act of writing down a goal makes it real and tangible. The end of the year for me is a great time of reflection on my years goals as a whole. What I did well, what needs work and what... my goals are for 2020. Gratitude is something I started the year doing and slowly stopped A friend got me a new journal for xmas so its time for regular gratitude. Daily or weekly gratitude can help you realise what youre truely grateful for. Its easy to remember what bad stuff happened during the week but what about the amazing things... even the small things like the sun shining or your morning coffee Writing it down gets you thinking and balances out the negative stuff! 23.01.2022 Im SO proud of this girl @el1790 1st photo 90kg started PT and lifestyle changes, lost 15kg... 2nd photo 75kg prior to Arbonnes 30 day program.. 3rd photo 70kg after 30 day program and another 5kg down.... Elie hasnt had the easiest fat loss journey. Many ups and downs. It just really goes to show that everyones journey is different. It doesnt matter how long it takes you as long as you slowly progress. Together we have worked on her Nutrition and I have taught her how and what to eat. Does she always listen.. no Safe to say over the last year or so she has taken 3 steps forward and 4 back many times. We have definitely argued and I have had words to her about not giving up on many occasions BUT she has lost 20kg in total!!! The first 15kg was with lifestyle changes and PT only 2x per week. Elie needed some motivation and a push so I recommended she jump onto Arbonnes 30 Day to Healthy Living Program a month ago and she smashed it. 22.01.2022 So many people waste time in dead end jobs that they hate, doing that 9-5 grind for someone who doesnt give a shit about them. Below average income, no flexibility, no bonuses, no personal or professional growth and some work with negative people that bring them down. This use to be me!!! So I studied to learn about my passions (Fitness, Health and Nutrition) I worked hard, then I discovered Arbonne. Now I am on my way to living my dream combining them all ... Educating and helping people change their lives! Soon Ill be able to travel the world and I can spend more time with the people that mean the most to me. 21.01.2022 OMFG guess who just got a PB on her squat!! I have squatted 100kg for 2 reps before but I was 3-4kg heavier. It was actually 1 week before my novice powerlifting comp after an 11 week intense training block about 15months ago Todays session I had no intention of maxing out but it felt good.. worked up to 95 and it was easyy! Hit 2x100 currently 59kg and after watching the video I reckon maybe had a 3rd rep in me damn it ... I havent followed a proper program in over a year nor have I trained as consistently as I would have liked.. due to work and fatigue from my Hashimotos. I put my health and thyroid first always now!! But what I do is give 100% when I am in the gym I also hip thrust a lot and do a lot of unilateral leg work. I can honestly say that heavy hip thrusts and all the glute work definitely gives you a strong squat. Im so glad only a handful of people seen my happy dance post squat
21.01.2022 Fact!! Dont judge something you know nothing about.... Network or Social Marketing is the way of the future. How is what I do any different to any other retail or sales job. Instead of an hourly rate I get paid on sharing something I love and believe in. Not only are my products incredible, they are safe! As a Naturopath with extensive knowledge on how toxins negatively impact our body, this is important to me. Arbonne ban over 2000 toxic chemicals If you think that ...someone at the top of the company is sitting around making money off the ones underneath, you are dead wrong. I see how hard all the leaders in my company work first hand, the time and effort they put into their teams is phenomenal. They deserve every cent!! The other great thing about network marketing is I can do it from ANYWHERE and ANYTIME this is why its so flexible. I literally work whilst doing cardio at the gym Whether you have a full time job or your a stay at home mum. Anyone can do this job with zero qualifications. We get taught by our leaders everything we know. As well as having all the resources under the sun at our fingertips. The professional and personal development for me is massive, I have been really pushed out of my comfort zone doing this business. It is scary but I know I need it and I feel great after I accomplish something new Did I mention I do this business with the most amazing ladies, my friends, we have so much fun. I get to help people every day and this is as rewarding as it gets. So before you judge me or anyone else running a network marketing business, maybe think twice.. dont judge something you actually have no idea about. You know what, maybe you would love this business if you did your research instead of jumping to conclusions Heres to all the women and men living upto their dreams. 21.01.2022 My progress... I also just completed my first 30 days to healthy living program with some of my clients and friends I would never recommend something I dont believe in or love, best way to know is to do it yourself This program aligns with everything I believe in as a Naturopath. In a nut shell.. eliminating inflammatory foods, incorporating more nutrients, detoxification and most importantly EATING good food! Its about lifestyle changes and implementing positive ha...bits. I disapprove of shake diets, dieting and cutting calories for too long when not being monitored by a coach like myself. I have a thyroid disease and have struggled with my weight forever. Getting any leaner is pretty much impossible for me and Im happy just being healthy and fit. No unnecessary stress on my body, its taken me years to heal... I wasnt trying to lose body fat on this program, if I did then bonus My goal was to eliminate, then reduce my coffee consumption in order to take some stress of my adrenals and increase my energy. To incorporate more nutrients and feel better over all. I already eat extremely well and do all the right things, it was a few small tweaks for me. My body composition changed a little bit still which is great, I definitely feel flatter in my tummy. I definitely have more energy and I have kicked my coffee addiction. YAY Sleep is also better I really enjoyed the programs recipes, smoothies, incorporated supplements and team support. Super pumped to get others on the program and kick some health goals I love the fizz sticks in replace of my additional coffee, the smoothies are yummy . 21.01.2022 Hmmm vegetable frittata So incredibly easy to make, you can put any vegetables in and it tastes delicious. I made this as part of my food prep on Sunday!! Every week I food prep because I have such a busy schedule. My nutrition is very important to me and I always eat as healthy as possible. By failing to prepare you are preparing to fail!!
21.01.2022 This morning I am full of gratitude, happiness and excitement. Yesterday was such an amazing day. I new Arbonne changed lives. I have met plenty of people, seen plenty of videos and read many posts.. but witnessing it first hand for one my friends was incredible. @sharongleeson_ is now an Executive Regional Vice President with Arbonne and my amazing leader. 20.01.2022 Mine and Billys Top 4 Xmas Tips Limit the pigging outs Excess weight is gained slowly, not just from a couple of days overindulging. One or two days of real overeating (when your stomach feels as if it will burst) wont be bad but a month of festive feasting will pile on the kilos. Enjoy xmas day and new years and monitor snacking/meals around your big main family meals.... Be selective Eat, drink and be wary at those xmas feasts. Survey the starters, breads, side dishes, hams, turkeys, pavlovas and xmas puddings and decide what you absolutely MUST HAVE and what you can leave. Dont use it as an excuse to eat as much as you can. You will regret it. I personally like to fill up on all the yummy salads and BBQ foods, then enjoy a little dessert. Moderation is key. Avoid too much alcohol Alcohol is packed with calories and loosens your inhibitions so you eat things you normally wouldnt like party pies or chips. Dilute wine and spirits with ice and soda water, order light beer instead of full-strength, or have a soda water between regular drinks. Dont forget the non-alcoholic options I love the Brand Lo Bros Kombucha. Have something to eat BEFORE you drink to slow the absorption of alcohol into your system. Keep moving Get in the gym or do some quick exercise on these days, or the day before and after if youre busy. Moving more will mean your body puts that pig out food to use. Walk the dog, play team sports in the back yard with family, go to the beach for a swim or just keep more active. I like to track my steps and set a goal to hit each day (plus keep my gym training up). This will help you be more active over all if youre not a gym junkie like me. 18.01.2022 My training update I have recently changed a few things with my own training. My powerlifting goal to squat 2x my body weight is still a goal of mine. I will squat 120kg at some point, unfortunately for the time being my businesses are my priority. Hitting the gym for 3-4 intense sessions will still allow me to maintain and definitely get a little bit stronger. I would ideally love to smash 5-6 sessions Its only another 12.5-15kg to add onto the bar In an ideal wo...rld I would love to follow a program and just smash it, but I cant commit to that right now. Just got to do what I can I have added in some speed squats and more back strengthening. This will help with my over all strength but mainly my speed on heavier lifts! Today session: speed squats 10x2 @50% followed by low bar squats 3x6 heavier. High volume hip thrusts, RDLs and some quad work. You can have goals without time frames, it just means you have to be ok with it taking a little longer... See more

15.01.2022 Makeup brush heaven When your looking for brushes you want to keep a few things in mind. Quality is so important! Nothing worse than fibres falling out or the brushes holding and wasting heaps of product You want your brushes to feel soft on your skin, not rough or scratchy They should last, wash, after wash Cost effective!! 14.01.2022 Had a pretty decent leg session last night Squats 3x5@80, 1x4@90... Practiced my sumo deads 3x8@60, they moved bloody slow of the floor Always hip thrusts 3x10@80 Finished with some volume on the hack squat.. and some AMRAP bodyweight lunges. I got somewhere around 250 lunges and think I could have gone all night Quad pump was real

The colorful hand sanitizer. The sparkly bath gel.... The hand lotion. The makeup Allergies. Eczema. Migraines. UTIs. Hyperactivity. Infertility. Hormone disrupters. Cancer. So many of the ingredients in these products are linked to these. 11.01.2022 Shout out to my close friend @ally_davies1 on her amazing journey with me This gorgeous girl came into the gym super quiet, anxious and had low self-esteem. Alicia was so exhausted all the time, she was pretty much asleep during her PT sessions. To feel like this at the age of 20 was really weighing her down. She wanted increased energy, less bloating and to change her body composition.. We did a lot of Naturopathic work on her gut in the early stages, made dietary change...s but never (dieted), eliminated her bloating and digestive discomfort, improved her fatigue and over all health. I am all about lifestyle change Fast forward 1.5 years and look at her seriously..your a babe!! Not only has her body physically changed, she can squat like a superstar and is stronger than ever BUT mentally she has changed. Alicia is energetic, bubbly, happy, anxiety has hugely improved and now I cant get her to shut up She has really blossomed and its been wonderful to see her shine. Lifes been crazy recently, but so so worth it I wouldnt change a thing! Rather challenging 4x6@80kg today ... 08.01.2022 Massive shout out to my PT client @_jessicaashleyy 5 months and 8kg down15cm off her waist, 8cm hips, 10cm legs, 4cm arms Im so proud of you!! Slow and steady wins the race. I am all about teaching lifestyle changes to my clients and learning how to keep the weight off for good. Jess has done zero dieting or calorie restrictions and no excessive exercise. When her partner is home from working away, she is much more relaxed with her eating and enjoys her time with him ... All completely maintainable for the future which means she will continue to lose weight and keep it off. I can confirm she even danced until 3am Sunday morning (she told me this just before weigh in this morning) I encourage my clients to live there life, 80/20 rule. Eat well, exercise and if you want to dance until 3am, go for it I am so impressed with your how your fitness and strength has improved I push her pretty bloody hard, she never complains and gets it done Well done, so proud of you!! 06.01.2022 Its was a pretty incredible feeling getting recognised on my promotion to District Manager last night. The Discover Arbonne was so inspiring, exciting and full of happiness. What an amazing bunch of women and men. We all run our own businesses yet everyone comes together to lift each other up. Everyone wants everyone to succeed. Then building up to a mock peak, yassss I haven’t max tested in ages and have no idea what I’d be able to lift. I’m really excited for this, it will give me an idea so I can pick a date for my next powerlifting comp ... Happy Sunday
