20.01.2022 Happy Friday to all our patients! Just a friendly update on the current Astrzeneca vaccination program. As of yesterday, NSW health has advised the public to await their Covid-19 vaccinations if they are below the age of 60. Patients that fall below this age bracket are advised not to have the Astrazeneca vaccination- and rather wait for the Pfyizer vaccine to arrive later in the year.... In regards to patients under 60 that have already had their first dose of the Astrazeneca vaccination, we have been advised that your second dose is still recommended at the scheduled time of 12 weeks. 06.01.2022 Happy Friday to all of our patients! We would just like to advise our patients that since the current spark of outbreaks around Sydney/ Blue Mountains area, we have reverted back to some of our Covid-safe policies. If you have recently traveled to any of the hot spot locations, you must not enter the surgery for any reason. We urge you to call the practice if you need anything but to also go and get tested.... If you are experiencing any flu related symptoms, please wear a mask to your scheduled appointment or we can provide you one. We are also asking patients to revert to the 1.5m distancing rule to avoid over crowding the waiting room. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak to our friendly reception staff. Have a lovely weekend all. :)
