21.01.2022 Hello everyone! how are we all going? it has been flat out the last few days for us here at Rawry’s Detailing. On Saturday we got up at 5am to head up to Toowoomba for a massive job - we had 5 cars and a boat! We are glad everyone was happy because they all looked awesome in the end. We had a quick job yesterday afternoon and we had another extremely happy customer. We would liked to thank everyone supporting my small Business!
21.01.2022 Hi Everyone! Have you been following the news the last few days? JBS is shut down again next week and I have a couple of days available & because you absolutely loved our last special, I'm dropping it again! The only I have availability I have for next week though is: Monday 14th Tuesday 15th... Wednesday 16th & Friday 18th I will be jumping on here in the next week or so with an update in terms of Trading Hours based on what comes after this shut down!

16.01.2022 It has been a big 2 weeks for us here at Rawry’s Detailing. We have been booked out & the last 3 days have been flat out!I finally washed the blue work horse #RawryRumble and the family car. I also did two lots of 2-stage paint correction and Polish on some now shiny cars. I would like to thank all our customers who support our small business!!

06.01.2022 Good Evening Everyone I just wanted to take a minute (or a few ) to thank you for all your support. I really appreciate - you! . This is a LONG post but I promise its worth it. ... . Some of you may have noticed over the last month or so I've changed the way I quote my bookings. I now ask for photos of your car when we discuss your needs & wants. Why? Because unfortunately I've had a few instances where I had given a quote, attended the job and upon arrival its obvious that the job is much larger than expected. . We can all appreciate that when jobs are larger than expected, they also take longer than expected and there are other elements outside of my control (like the weather) that can also affect a booking. In all honesty, I had received a message from a customer, unhappy with their detail because of this exact scenario - the job was larger than anticipated & the winter day meant the sun was setting earlier and I ran short of time. Even though the car was left far better than when I arrived, I could appreciate their feedback. . I want to ASSURE YOU - I take all your feedback to heart and I want to grow from it and better my business for it. . If a client is unhappy with their service I offer a couple remedies; a return within the following days to address the areas of concern (at no further expense) and/or a discount on your next service. Firstly, I want to do this because obviously I want you to be happy with your experience but also because if you let me I want to prove that I heard you and I can do better. . Up until now, we have received great feedback in the few instances where I have had to reattend a booking - and they've even turned into repeat customers. . That being said, I need to reiterate that I am NOT a professional, nor have I claimed to be. I do however take great pride in my work & I enjoy what I do. If you've made it this far - thank you! . While you're here - in instances like this I'd appreciate your feedback so drop it in the comments! Where a job is larger than quoted would you rather: 1. Extra charges discussed upon arrival before work is started & should you agree you would likely have your quoted price + an extra charge/s... 2. Quote upon booking is final & should the job be bigger than expected only work to that value be carried out... OR 3. Quote upon booking - Quote honoured at booking regardless of unforeseen details & return option or discount remedy if necessary for any concerns. See more
