25.01.2022 GET fitter, stronger and leaner with METAFIT. 1. Workouts 16 - 25mins Who has time to go to the gym for two hours these days? One of the biggest excuses I hear ...for not exercising is time. 11.01.2022 We are absolutely loving our BOXING at RAWSON GYM!!! 5.30PM TUES & THURS nights.. Gym is open 4pm - 7pm TUES & THURS nights, one on one available by appointment.. Gym membership is $10 a week.. You can do 2 group sessions or 2 one on one sessions for ONLY $10.00 A WEEK!!!! This price is temporary, grab it whilst you can!!!

09.01.2022 Our gorgeous little gym.. I had the privilege of running it on my own tonight.. There was a great turn up of members, working on their bodies, getting ready for summer!! Now it has been cleaned, and is ready for the 6am session.. I MY JOB..
