25.01.2022 Find my cupcakes at the Our lady of the Angels (Wavell Heights) school carnival tomorrow. Look out for the pink icing and yellow icing- with loads of the kid’s favourites sprinkled on top (sprinkles, mnms, smarties, lollies).

22.01.2022 Lion King (rice paper wafer Simba cupcake topper) and sunset buttercream icing on top of vanilla cake.

18.01.2022 Mermaid cupcakes for a special young lady celebrating her birthday this weekend. I love these pretty sugar decorations- shiny mermaid tails and detailed shells. I am not great at making sugar decorations except for letters and basic shapes like hearts and stars (I just don’t have the patience!). Thank goodness for Gayle and her team at ‘Easy as Cake’ store in Aspley. Gayle has been helping me with decorating supplies for the past 7 years. She is the best!
