01.01.2022 Hello, I’m back! I’ve had just over 2 years break from personal training. I’ve been very busy with working full time at YFC, buying a house, renovating a house, pregnancy, having a baby! And now finding my feet with Mum life Little Miss Murphy is now nearly 5 months old! So I’m feeling ready to dust off the joggers and get into helping you all kick some goals! ... Currently I am running 1 Mummy Bootcamp a week! In the near future I hope to do upto 3 Mummy bootcamps a week, take on some 1on1 clients and also expand into online programs! Watch this space...
