Regular donuts aren’t the best for your health as they combine hugh fat with high carb which is the absolute worst combination for your health and it is this exact combination as it raises your blood glucose levels and will store the fat AND excess carbs as fuel. Instead of using the fat as fuel (low carb diet) ...it will use the carbs as fuel, spike your blood sugar and release insulin, causing your body to store the excess carbs as fat aswell as the fat ... as fat. I had brunch here this morning @socialhideout and enjoyed a lovely low carb meal in the most beautiful environment It is covered in florals and has an early 1900s manor feel with vintage lamp shades, wall panelling and arched windows The coffee was excellent. 09.01.2022 Raspberry Cordial Breakfast Bombs!! These are so awesome to keep in the freezer ready to pop in a yoghurt bowl for breakfast when you’re in hurry or even to just enjoy plain as a refreshing snack! ... RECIPE (screenshot) Ingredients: 1 cup of frozen mixed berries 1/2 cup of oats or your favourite low carb granola 1/4 cup of sugar free, naturally sweetened maple syrup 1 tbsp of @raymeeofficial raspberry cordial organic prebiotic fibre 1/4 cup coconut flour Method: 1. Mash up the frozen mixed berries until semi-smooth. I kept mine about half mashed so there were some berry chunks throughout. 2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth 3. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into about 10 little balls and pop on a lined slice tray to freeze 4. Freeze for about an hour and keep frozen to pop out when desired!
