19.01.2022 Rain - Hail or Shine - the Renovation must go on!!! We have been working very hard on completing all of those final touches required to get this property ready for sale within our time frame. The wet weather in Sydney has slowed us down a bit... always seems to hit just as you need to do a lot of things outside. But we refused to give in to the temptation to stop and wait for the weather. Still a couple of things to do, but we should have the photographer in early next week a...nd be on the market. So please enjoy this little mad rush of a video to show you the house before the stylists work their magic.

18.01.2022 A long video this time, mostly because it has been almost 2 weeks since the last, and we have had quite a bit of progress. * Kitchen and laundry cabinets are in * Built in robes are in * Fencing done - front back and left side * Skirting replacement underway... * Electrical fit off * Back deck started We hope that these videos give you inspiration to go out and get cracking as well as share some of the lessons we learn along the way. 10.01.2022 Painting underway now, undercoat has been applied to the interior, tiling in the bathroom and laundry mostly done. Always feel good when you start putting the place back together.

08.01.2022 Feels like we got lots done this week, the painting of the walls and ceilings is complete, and Anne has started on the trims. Stuart has managed to complete the laying of the floor in the entire house so we are good to start installing cabinets. Lucky, because the kitchen has just arrived.

06.01.2022 Finally all done and dusted... up to the agent now to find the right buyer. Here are a series of photos to show you the transformation that we have managed on this tired old 1960's house. Thankyou to everyone for your encouragement on this journey. It has felt long and has been difficult at times with a few more learnings along the way. Hoping to be able to move quicker next year.... We are very happy with the end result, although we can always think of more things to do. Special shoutout to Jane and her team at Vault Interiors for the property styling. @vaultinteriorspropertystyling

02.01.2022 We have done more prep work on the walls getting ready for painting, tilers have started (screed down), and more work on those timber windows.
