24.01.2022 If you live in Australia then you know that we have had unusually hot, dry weather this season. The silver lining is that luffa gourds can still be planted now. Luffa is a great eco-friendly alternative for kitchen and bath sponges as they can be thrown in the washing machine or dish washer for easy cleaning and repeated use.

17.01.2022 It is so nice to live on a property with koalas. I heard this guy last night and this morning we went and found him. Cori spotted him in a tree near the edge of our orchard.

14.01.2022 On a recent trip to Sydney, for the filming of our new massage course, we stumbled upon a sign about trees being poisoned. We are living in a time when the earth needs more trees not less. If you live in Australia, native wattles or acacias can behave as pioneer plants, establishing quickly after fires and soil disturbances. Their generous blooms are a great source of food for many native insects and birds, as well as giving off a sweet honey aroma that will delight the senses. #plantnatives #plantmoretrees

14.01.2022 From misty mornings to fabulous flowers, it's a great time to garden.

11.01.2022 One of the many reasons that we work so hard to preserve the land and dedicate a large part of the proceeds from our courses into our wildlife refuge is to protect species like koalas that are becoming endangered. Tonight we had the pleasure to see a mummy and baby koala (as well as a bandicoot and a cockatoo nested up in a tree).

03.01.2022 Hundreds of very hungry caterpillars have decimated our beloved tree. Hoping for quick regrowth and a safe journey for all these little buggers as they disperse to seek more food. It looks like it might be the final instar before it turns into a pupa for this one.
