In the interests of all we have implemented a number of in house procedures to protect the health of both staff and clients.... Ray White (Emerald) has suspended Open Homes and Routine Inspections of our rental properties. Further to our email we ask our tenants to scan and email documents, if possible, email any maintenance and pay rent at the ANZ bank or by direct deposit rather than paying by cash at the office. Please refer to your General Tenancy Agreement for your Personal ID Number. We respectfully ask that if any clients have recently returned from overseas, have been in the presence of an infected person or are displaying COVID-19 symptoms notify us prior to attending any property viewing. While we remain open for business we ask please do not attend our office unless necessary. If attending the office we would appreciate all customers and trades people utilise the front door only and comply with safe distancing as designated. We ask that where possible all documents are emailed but if this is not possible please deposit these in the tray provided at reception. All keys are to be returned into the tray provided so the keys can then be sanitised. Tenants: Whilst all routine inspections have been suspended tenants will soon receive a questionnaire to be completed and returned to Ray White, along with relevant photos, as an alternative to inspections. Please continue to pay your rent at the ANZ bank or via direct deposit.It is imperative you utilise the correct code. If you are unsure of your code please contact the office. The inspections of Properties for Rent will continue by appointment. Sales: Open Homes will no longer be conducted as per the Government directive however clients may view all listed properties by private appointment.
